Welcome to the transformative journey of yoga. I'm Taylor Simmons, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) on a mission to guide and inspire individuals toward optimal health and well-being through the practice of yoga.

With 18 years of personal exploration on the mat and 7 years of teaching experience, I've witnessed firsthand the power of yoga to nourish the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. My journey began as a teenager in 2005, and it blossomed into a lifelong commitment to sharing the gifts of yoga with others.

My initial pilgrimage to Rishikesh, India in 2017 marked a pivotal moment in my life. It was there that I completed my first yoga teacher training at Vinyasa Yoga Academy, a profound immersion that ignited my passion to teach and share the many benefits of yoga. Subsequently, I returned to India for further training in Goa at  Kranti Yoga  which deepened my knowledge and refined my skills as a practitioner and instructor.

As a yoga teacher, my mission is to create a safe, nurturing space for individuals to explore and connect with themselves. I believe that yoga is a journey of self-discovery, and I'm committed to supporting each student on their unique path. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes offer a balanced fusion of strength-building, flexibility, and relaxation. From Vinyasa to Hatha to Yin, there's something for everyone.

Beyond the physical practice, I'm passionate about integrating meditation, pranayama, and yogic philosophy into my teaching. I believe that yoga extends far beyond the mat, positively influencing all aspects of our lives. As a lifelong student, I believe in the power of an open heart and a willingness to learn from others. By aligning in our practice, we learn to come from a place of authenticity and clarity for more fulfilling lives.

I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to share the gift of  yoga and empower my students to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and inner peace.
